Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your account and associated personal data from any application published by Youssif Ahmed.

Scope. This page applies to all mobile and web applications developed, published, or operated by Youssif Ahmed / Star Eleven Team — including حكاوي التاريخ – خالد حسين, العبقري – حسن ابراهيم, and any other application released now or in the future under this developer account. One request is all it takes, regardless of which app your account is on — just tell us which one.

01How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to youssifahmed.dev@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account, and the name of the app you're using.

02What Will Be Deleted

  • Your account information
  • Your profile data
  • Your course progress and exam history
  • Any other personal information associated with your account

03Data Retention

Your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days of us verifying your request.

Certain information may be retained beyond this if required by applicable laws or legal obligations.
