Privacy Policy
How Youssif Ahmed collects, uses, and protects information across every application published under this developer account.
01Information Collection and Use
The Applications collect information when you download and use them, consistent with the data types declared in each Application's Google Play Data safety section. This information may include:
Automatically collected
- Your device's Internet Protocol address
- The mobile operating system you use
- Device or other identifiers — required for the Application to function, and used for app functionality and account management
Provided by you, or generated through your use of the app (all users)
- Name — required; used for app functionality and account management
- User ID / account identifier — required; used for app functionality, developer communications, fraud prevention and security, and account management
- Phone number — required; used for app functionality and account management, and processed ephemerally rather than stored long‑term
- Other personal information you enter within the app — required; used for app functionality and account management
Collected from administrator accounts only
- Photos — required for admin accounts; used for app functionality. Not collected from standard user accounts.
- Files and documents — required for admin accounts; used for app functionality. Not collected from standard user accounts.
These items are required for the relevant Application to work and cannot be individually turned off while continuing to use that feature. Where an Application offers account creation, it currently supports account creation using a username and password only.
02Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Applications or their third‑party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non‑essential tracking technologies.
03Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at youssifahmed.dev@gmail.com.
04Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non‑discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at youssifahmed.dev@gmail.com.
05Personal Information You Provide
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and — where permitted by law — marketing communications.
For a better experience while using an Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name and phone number. Administrator accounts may additionally be required to submit photos and files or documents in order to manage the Application. Information requested is retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy and in the Application's Google Play Data safety section.
06Third‑Party Access
The data types listed in Section 01 are collected but, per each Application's Google Play Data safety declaration, are not shared with third parties. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Applications and related services. Where an Application's practices differ, this will be reflected in its Data safety section and, where required by law, in this Privacy Policy.
07International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third‑party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, such as:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
- Your consent, where required and legally permitted
Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any necessary consent for the transfer.
08Disclosure
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
- With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, have no independent use of the disclosed information, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set out in this Privacy Policy
09Opt‑Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your device by uninstalling an Application. Uninstalling stops that Application from collecting data from your device, but does not automatically delete information already transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.
To request deletion of your personal data, see Delete Your Account. To withdraw consent or exercise any other rights, contact the Service Provider at youssifahmed.dev@gmail.com.
10Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
- User Provided Data — retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law
- Automatically Collected Data — retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data — retained indefinitely, as it no longer identifies you
- Data required for legal compliance — retained as long as required by applicable law
You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. Some User Provided Data may be required for an Application to function properly.
11Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data or account at any time. See Delete Your Account for the exact steps, what gets deleted, and how long it takes. The Service Provider will process your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Upon verification of your identity, the Service Provider will delete your personal data from its systems, except where retention is required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.
12Children
The Applications are not intended for children under 15 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Applications to them.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children, and encourages children never to submit any such information. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's use of the Applications and to instruct them never to provide personally identifiable information without permission. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken. If you are under 15, a parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf where permitted by law.
13Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.
14Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
15Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions are maintained and made available on request by contacting youssifahmed.dev@gmail.com.
16Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.

Questions about privacy
For any question regarding privacy across any application published by Youssif Ahmed:
youssifahmed.dev@gmail.comThis Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026‑08‑01 and applies uniformly to every current and future Application published under this developer account.
Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Youssif Ahmed governing use of every application published under this developer account.
01License to Use the Applications
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use each Application on a mobile device for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Application, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
02Intellectual Property
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in each Application, including its code, design, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use the Service Provider's trademarks, logos, or branding for any purpose. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice displayed in or on an Application.
Unauthorized copying or modification of any Application, or of the Service Provider's trademarks, is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract source code, translate an Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
03Termination
The Service Provider may suspend your access to an Application if you materially breach these Terms, and will provide written notice of the breach; where the breach is capable of cure, you have 14 days from receipt of notice to remedy it. If you fail to cure the breach in that period, the Service Provider may terminate your access.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in activity that could cause harm to other users or the Service Provider. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends and you must delete all copies from your devices.
04Eligibility & Age
By accessing and using an Application, you represent that you are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction. You must be at least 15 years of age (the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use an Application. If you are below 15, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
05User‑Generated Content and Acceptable Use
Where an Application allows users to post, share, or upload content, you agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal or violates third‑party intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patents)
- Is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hate speech
- Contains discrimination or incitement to violence or illegal activity
- Is spam, phishing, or contains malware
- Violates the privacy or personal data rights of others
- Is misleading, false, or deceptive
- Contains explicit violence or sexual content (unless appropriately age‑gated)
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove or disable access to violating content; suspend or terminate accounts of repeat violators; cooperate with law enforcement where illegal content is reported; and moderate, filter, or hide content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the guidelines above. Content submitted through an Application may be visible to other users or the public depending on how that Application functions.
If you believe content violates these Terms, infringes your rights, or is unlawful, report it to youssifahmed.dev@gmail.com with enough information to identify the content and evaluate the complaint. Where available in‑app, you may also report content, block users, or mute notifications directly. Affected users may request further review of a moderation decision at the same address; the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable period and provide reasons for any upheld decision, subject to applicable law.
By submitting User‑Generated Content, you grant the Service Provider a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Applications and the Service Provider's business — this does not permit selling or sublicensing your content to third parties independently of the Applications. You represent that you own or control all rights in content you post and that its use does not violate these Terms or applicable law. Your content may include personal data; its processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Do not post personal data of others without their consent.
06Service Changes & Charges
The Service Provider is dedicated to keeping the Applications as beneficial and efficient as possible, and reserves the right to modify an Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you.
07Your Device & Connectivity
Each Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service; it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and your access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which removes manufacturer‑imposed restrictions and can expose the device to malware, compromise security features, and cause an Application to malfunction.
Some functions require an active internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile network). The Service Provider is not responsible if an Application underperforms due to lack of connectivity or exhausted data allowance. Using an Application outside a Wi‑Fi area may incur data charges — including roaming charges if used outside your home territory without disabling data roaming — for which you accept responsibility; if you are not the bill payer, you are assumed to have obtained their permission. Similarly, it is your responsibility to keep your device charged; the Service Provider is not responsible if a dead battery prevents access to the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.
08Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service Provider retains full liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Application in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required under applicable law, whichever is greater. If an Application is free of charge, liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. The Service Provider accepts no liability for loss resulting from reliance on third‑party information provided through an Application, or from inaccuracies in third‑party content.
09Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or intentional misuse of an Application, including violating User‑Generated Content. This does not apply to claims arising from the Service Provider's own negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law; in jurisdictions restricting consumer indemnification, this clause is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
10Updates
The Service Provider may update an Application at any time; availability may change based on operating‑system requirements. Continued use may require installing updates, and the Service Provider does not guarantee an Application remains compatible with every OS version. The Service Provider may cease providing an Application or terminate its use at any time without notice; unless informed otherwise, on termination your rights and licenses under these Terms end and you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application.
11Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict‑of‑law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Disputes will be brought before the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law; nothing here limits any right you may have to bring a claim in a court competent under mandatory law.
12DSA Compliance (Digital Services Act)
Where an Application is an intermediary service under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), the following applies in addition to the Terms above.
Point of Contact. The Service Provider maintains a single point of contact for EU authorities and recipients of the service, reachable at youssifahmed.dev@gmail.com. Where the Service Provider is established outside the EU, a legal representative has been designated per Article 13 of the DSA.
Content Moderation and Statement of Reasons. Where the Service Provider restricts content, suspends or terminates an account, or otherwise limits an Application's features, the affected user receives a clear statement of reasons — including the nature of the restriction, its legal or contractual basis, and available redress — per Article 17 of the DSA.
Notice and Action. Users and third parties may submit notices of allegedly illegal content via the contact details in these Terms. Notices are processed promptly and diligently, with human review where circumstances require it, acknowledged electronically, and a decision communicated without undue delay, per Article 16 of the DSA.
Out‑of‑Court Dispute Settlement. Disputes about content moderation decisions may be submitted to an out‑of‑court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the DSA; the Service Provider will engage in good faith. This does not affect your right to seek judicial remedy.
Transparency Reporting. The Service Provider publishes periodic transparency reports covering moderation activity, including notices received, actions taken, and automated means used, per Article 24 of the DSA, available on request at youssifahmed.dev@gmail.com.
These DSA provisions apply only to the extent an Application qualifies as an intermediary service under the DSA, and do not replace or limit rights or obligations under applicable consumer‑protection or data‑protection law.
13General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding your use of the Applications, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
Changes. The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and will notify you of changes by posting the revised Terms on this page. Previous versions are maintained and available on request.
